- You must reserve your spot for training with us: seminars, privates, groups or club.
- To reserve your training spot, 25% of your purchase price is due now or within 10 days of your emailed invoice.
- Your training start date is set after we receive your deposit for your training.
- Suggested payment is 3 installments: 25% deposit / 50% of balance due on start date, then the remaining balance is paid before training is complete and due on the agreed upon date.
- We accept all credit and debit cards with Square via emailed invoice. Sometimes Paypal.
- A transaction fee applies to card transactions.
- No refunds for any reason. Your training spot is reserved for you.
- To reschedule a private or in home training session you must contact 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellation day of: you are charged.
- It is your responsibility to communicate with us about your training, schedule changes and attendance.
- Training your dog is long term and we expect you to commit to your dogs training.
- Our professional training is private, discreet client based. We understand that you may want to meet with us before you commit. We will schedule your date and time to meet with us at club training on Saturday's in Yelm. No drop ins.
